Matt is a Principal and Co-Founder at Adaptive Solutions Group. He helped found the company in 2002. Matt resides in Kansas City but oversees all sales aspects of the company. He is most passionate about building the brand and expanding operations while preserving the founding principles that contributed to the company’s initial success. He enjoys working with a great team in a fun yet challenging atmosphere.
Matt holds a highly coveted Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Missouri, Columbia and has served as a Guest Professor for the Trulaske College of Business on several occasions.
He enjoys spending time with his family during his free time. His hobbies include running, snow skiing, playing guitar and fishing. Matt hopes to be a tournament fisherman post-retirement. As a native of Kansas City, Matt has enjoyed watching the city evolve and grow over the years while maintaining a small town vibe.

Matt Hinck is an Producing Branch Manager with Adaptive Solutions Group and has been with the team since June of 2014. He enjoys cultivating new relationships and believes in being open and honest to clients and candidates. He wants to make the hiring process as easy as possible for all parties involved.
Matt graduated with his Bachelor’s from the University of Missouri with an emphasis in Marketing. He enjoys watching and playing sports and spending time with his friends and family.

Riley is a Technical Recruiter for Adaptive Solutions Group based in Kansas City who focuses on building strong relationships and helping candidates find the right opportunities. She values authenticity and has a people-first approach to recruiting.

As a Kansas State University alum, Riley spends much of her time tailgating and cheering on the Wildcats. Outside of that, she enjoys golfing, spending time at the lake, trying new restaurants, and attending Chiefs games and watch parties with friends and family.

Erica is a technical recruiter with Adaptive Solutions Group and has been with the team since June 2022. She enjoys working at ASG because she loves being able to connect with people and help them better their lives by finding their ideal job.
Erica graduated from The University of Kansas with a bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Her favorite things to do outside of work are workout, try new foods, and bake!

Cody is a Sr. Technical Recruiter with nearly five years of experience in IT recruiting, specializing in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity roles. Originally from southwest Missouri, he graduated from Missouri State University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism. Cody takes a relationship-driven, people-first approach to recruiting and is passionate about connecting candidates with opportunities that align with both their skills and long-term career goals. Outside of work, he enjoys playing recreational sports like softball and volleyball, traveling, spending time with friends, attending sporting events and concerts, and skiing whenever he gets the chance.
