Health Insurance

Adaptive Solutions Group offers a choice of two health insurance/prescription drug plans to consultants through Cigna. Both plans include a large network of participating doctors.

Dental Insurance

We offer dental insurance through Delta Dental.

Vision Insurance

We offer vision insurance through EyeMed.

401(k) Plan/Roth401k

Options include both a 401(k) and Roth 401k plan, with a 4% company match, which is immediately 100% vested.

Life & Disability Insurance

Adaptive Solutions Group offers a guarantee issue of $100,000 life/AD&D insurance policy through Lincoln Financial Group along with long term/short term disability insurance at a nominal additional monthly fee.

Paid Time Off

Eligible employees can accrue PTO.

Holiday Pay

Eligible employees can receive paid holidays.

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit is available to all W2 consultants. Our consultants are paid on a weekly basis, for a total of 52 pay periods per year.
