Dedicated to delivering remarkable expertise, efficiency and excellence, our placement services offer our clients three options, each customizable to your specific staffing needs:

Contract

Providing temporary personnel for contracts ranging from one week to several years.

Companies utilize contract positions for various reasons, including project based work, seasonal fluctuations, and filling voids created by vacation absences, maternity / long term leaves, and attrition. These positions typically involve a defined start and end date.

Contract-to-Hire

Evaluating a potential full-time employee via contract work.

The cost of hiring the wrong employee can go well beyond dollars and cents. That’s why companies often prefer to try out a potential full-time employee as a contractor first, evaluating his/her skillset before extending a permanent offer. This allows clients to validate not just an individual’s technical ability but their personality and team chemistry. Our standard length of contract employment prior to conversion to permanent employment is 6 months.

Permanent Placement

Full-time employment staffing resource.

Adaptive Solutions Group offers clients the option of permanent personnel placement and many of our consultants are open to accepting full-time employment with the right company. On a for-fee basis, we assist our clients in their recruiting efforts to identify full time talent.
