Job Description:
- Responsible for ensuring the systems of the software operate correctly while developing new systems and automatons within the program across all platforms.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Web and Database Application Development.
- Mobile Application Development.
- Windows Client and Hardware integration development.
- Systems integration and automation.
- Involvement with sales team/ customer discussions / customer product related support issues as required.
- Responding to assigned customer help desk tickets, bug resolution, troubleshooting.
- Discuss and architect system issues and customer requests.
- Develop new system functionality areas.
- Methodology and Paradigms
